The Voovix brand stands up to the big brands of minimalist footwear by putting much more affordable sneakers on the market.
In this post we are going to analyze if the Voovix unisex trail shoe is worth it.

How are they sized?
The size I have used is the exact sizebut if in doubt I would choose a half size smaller.
I wear a 36 as in all my footwear, but I notice that they are slightly larger. For that difference it was not worth a change, for some people it may not be noticeable.
Why is it worth less than half?
If we compare the Voovix with any other recognized brand of minimalist footwear, we see that it is less than half the price.
Voovix is a Chinese brandwith lower production costs than European or American brands.
They also save on raw materials, since they undoubtedly its quality is not comparable to a Merrell for example.
Even so, this price is so tempting, that more than compensates for cuts in quality.
Unlike the Xero Mesa TrailVoovix shoes do not have such a thin sole, so it hides a little more the irregularities of the terrain.
That is why I am inclined to recommend the shoe to someone starting to run in minimalist shoes.
Surely a user already adapted to minimalist footwear and who normally uses other brands would not like the change.
The slipper is a very good way to introduce you to minimalist footwear without price being an impediment.
In general, those who try out minimalist footwear and give themselves the time they need to adapt, do not tend to return to traditional footwear with thick soles, cramped feet and little flexibility.
But it's normal for price to be a barrier to entry when you don't yet know if you'll like them.
I recommend them even though this shoe will not have the greatest longevity due to the materials chosen, but it is commensurate with the price you pay for them.
Remember to make a good progressive adaptation to minimalist footwear:
