Before Crossfit
Sara Alicia has always loved being involved in the sports world. Before starting CrossFit she played indoor soccer. She always explains that her only major injury was a knee injury (ruptured cruciate ligament 3 times), precisely at this stage of soccer and not in CrossFit.
Results
In 2018, Sara Alicia obtained a 5th place in the Open Games as an individual. Despite all, never hesitated as his goal for the season was always to compete as a team..
He spent the entire season training with his teammates: Alba Estrada, David Mata and Pepe Navarro.
At the Regionals They were the first Spanish team to make it to the Games, which they celebrated in style by being the first Spanish team to reach the Games..
