The Dubai Fitness Championship 2024 brings together the top 28 athletes, both men and women, who qualified through the online event, in addition to the participation of 2 guest athletes for each category.

Ricky Garard was overtaken by the time cap. The Australian got stuck in one of the obstacles and lost a lot of time.

Roman Khrennikov beat Chandler Smith's best time of 5:04 by 30 seconds.

At the end of the race Brian Friend says to him: Roman! You are first with a time of 4:34! 30 seconds faster than the next guy.

Roman replies, "Really? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Well, I'm so sorry!"

In women, Claudia Gluck was the best athlete with a time of 5:30.

Carratalá was the best in the first heat and would eventually be the athlete who completed the most. Kyra Milligan, the best in the second heat.

In the last heat, Karin Frey led the heat of the best, followed by Claudia Gluck. The Norwegian Noortje Bleeker I was closing the gap and all three athletes were on the same time. It was difficult to know who of the three finished with the most reps.

No woman was able to complete the wod.

On the male side, the Greek Karavis led the first heat until, near the end, Upenieks overtook him and the Latvian became the athlete who went the furthest.

In the second heat, Brazilian Kaique Cerveny maintained the first position and completed the most work.

Hand in hand with Khrennikov and Djukic Djukic took the lead and he and Khrennikov were the only ones to finish the race.

In the first heat, Silvia Garcia (10:59) surprised by winning the first heat in the third round.

Elena Carratalá also finished it, with a time of 14:42.

Emily Rolfe, Seher Kaya and Manon Angonese were the 3 athletes who finished the wod in the second heat, all below Carratalá's time.

In the last heat, Claudia Gluck, Karin Frey and Jacqueline Dahlstrom were the athletes who also completed it in the third round.

On the men's side, Giorgos Karavis, Uldis Upenieks and Alex Kotoulas were the men who crossed the finish line in the third round.

Simon Mantyla, Moritz Fiebig, Ricky Garard and Jorge Fernandez were the men in the second heat, able to finish in 3 rounds.

In the first heat, no athlete was able to finish inside the time cap. Camilla Salomonsson, Emily Rolfe and Silvia Garcia finished second. In the third, Seher Kaya and Andrea Solberg were the fastest, taking first and second place in the event.

On the men's side, Elliot Simmonds, Daniel Tai and Ant Haynes were the men able to finish within the time cap.

Alex Kotoulas was the fastest in the second heat with a time of 18:48.

Ricky Garard won the last event, completing a spectacular last day in which he was 2nd, 1st and 1st.

Norway's Andrea Solberg won the race and her last day was exactly the same as the Australian's, 2nd, 1st and 1st. She overtook Gluck in the overall and finished the competition in second place.
