The CrossFit Open 2024 is the kick-off of the season of CrossFit Games and any athlete, from anywhere in the world, can participate and try to go as far as possible.

What is the CrossFit Open?
The CrossFit Open is the most participated sporting event in the world and consists of 3 events spread over 3 weeks where the athletes must perform a WOD and raise the score within 4 - 5 days.
The 25% with the best result will advance to the next phase, the Quarterfinals.
How to sign up for the Open?
To sign up for the Open just visit games.crossfit.com and proceed to registration. Registration opens on January 9.
What is the date of the CrossFit Open 2024?
The CrossFit Open will begin on February 29, 2024 and lasts a total of 3 weeks. Announcements will be on Thursdays at 12:00 pm PST, 21:00 Spanish time.
It will be held on the following dates:
24.1 : February 29 - March 3
24.2 March 7 - 11
24.3 March 14 - 18

How much does it cost to sign up?
The price of the CrossFit Open is $20 although in some places, such as Brazil, the price is $15.
Material required
The material necessary to carry out the Open:
- Dumbell RX (22.5 / 15 kg) Scaled (15 / 9 kg)
- Barbell (20 / 15 kg)
- Discs
- Drawer (20 in, 24 in, or 30 in)
- Bar of pull-up
- Jump rope
- Wall space
- Kettlebells (16 kg, 24 kg, or 32 kg)
- Medicine balls (10 lb, 14 lb, or 20 lb)
- Rings
- Rowing Concept2
- Floor space (25ft)
Time to raise the score?
Scores must be uploaded to the games.crossfit.com website on Mondays at 05:00 p.m. PT..
Any score outside these hours will be invalidated.
