Smart Program

SET YOUR PACE BASED ON YOUR CAPACITY
This is the typical wod Open's work that we expect and see almost every year, it is likely that you have experience with this type of work, there is nothing new that you have not worked, tighten more or less depending on this.

If you do not have Bar muscle upBut if chest give it all in the first part, go round by round and part as you see fit, then you have a chance to get that first BMU.

Training Culture

1โ€ฒ of rest is too little time
Approach that wod as if there were no such rest. It will help you choose the initial pace. The real wod starts in the second part, you should come in with GAS.

Keep the body relaxed
To breathe better, you must carry minimal tension (just enough to maintain good technique). Especially in wods with a combination of exercises of this style, maintaining optimal relaxation is of vital importance.

Focus on double unders
You must pay all your attention not to fail, every second is worth gold. But if this happens, just QUIET, keep breathing.

How to start?
Well, this depends on the level you are at. In the first part, choose to split the c2b if you need to. It is easier to split a gymnastic than a thruster.

The Australian has announced that she will not participate due to problems with her wrist caused by the constant lifting of her daughter Willow.

It would have been Toomey's first appearance in an Open announcement. She returns to the official CrossFit season after placing 2nd in the ROGUE Invitational 2023 just 5 months after giving birth.
