Pit Teen Throwdown is an annual fitness competition aimed exclusively at teenage athletes between the ages of 14 and 22, held in the Pit Fitness Ranch in Southwest Michigan.

As a novelty, this year they are organizing the CrossFit Games 2024 for the teens category.
