4th in Quarterfinals. Last year she was one place short of qualifying. She is the favorite to win the competition.
Last year he failed to qualify for the Games and like his partner, Jay Crouch, has joined PRVN. He has achieved an impressive 5th place in the Quarterfinals worldwide. It has been 4 years since his last participation in the CrossFit Games.
23 years old. Second in the Open 2024 at world level. Sixth last year in the Semifinal. He has trained with Ricky Garard and the Underdogs program of which he is also a part. He won the swimming event in the last Wodapalooza 2024 and finished fifteenth overall.
We heard about her at Wodapalooza 2024 when she won the first event. She finished in twelfth place. She placed sixth at the Oceania Quarterfinals. |
Men
Winner of the Semifinal in 2022 and 2023. If he wins it would be the first time anyone has won it 3 times in a row. He joined PRVN to prepare for the last Games and was 8th. He is 24 years old and has been participating in the open since 2013.
He missed the last edition due to a shoulder injury. He comes from being second in Dubai, winning Wodapalooza 2024 and 5th in ROGUE Invitational. This season started badly with some injuries, he was hit by a car while riding a motorcycle. He injured his hip at the Open but managed to overcome it. He came close to breaking his pectoral just 3 weeks out from Quarterfinals. He joked about ruining Jay Crouch's 3 wins at Torian just like he ruined Vellner's 3 wins at Wodapalooza.
The New Zealander was second in the last edition, this time he is likely to occupy the third place below Crouch and Garard.
He was third last year and is a candidate to win event 5 for excelling in the heavy lifts. HWPO athlete, his current status is an unknown because he has not recently participated in any competitions.
5th in the last edition, Ellis with only 22 years old, is another of the Australian promises of this sport. He recently won the Down Under Championship.
22 years old, trains with Luke de Jonge and has been 5th in Quarterfinals Oceania. He has prioritized being healthy and not overtraining and feels capable of qualifying this year. He assures that in 3-5 years time he will be one of the regulars in the Games.
24 years old, 6th in the Quarterfinals in Oceania. At the age of 21 he was 7th in the 2021 Semifinal, however upon finishing, he suffered an injury that left him 2 and a half years away from competition. They did not know the cause of the pain in his knee until he was finally diagnosed with plica syndrome. Plica" is a fold in the synovial membrane around the knee joint that causes pain when it becomes inflamed due to excessive repetitive motion. |
