My Wods notebook, write down your CrossFit workouts

In the age of technology, everyone writes things down on their smart phone, pc or tablet. In fact, there are apps that allow you to have a history of all your CrossFit progress.

However, some people like me (the "old-fashioned" ones), like to write things down on paper. Having a place to write down your workouts without having to resort to your cell phone in the middle of the session, something that we all end up getting distracted and makes us lose focus and time of the training.

That's why, for crossfitters like you and me, we've created:

What can you see in the notebook? These are the different sections:

Weekly training planning

A good training structure will help you achieve your goals. In these 4 pages you can plan your week according to your needs and we propose some acronyms to define more easily the different types of sessions.

Write down your PR (Personal Bests)

In this section you have a grid to write down the best marks of the most common movements in CrossFit.

The Benchmark (Heroes, Girls...)

You probably already know that Benchmarks are those reference wods that help us to measure our evolution since we don't usually repeat them very often. It's easy to compare your evolution when you repeat a wod after 6 months or a year...

In my box we had a notebook where we each wrote down our results on the days we did a Karen or a Kelly... I doubt about the integrity of the notebook as the days go by, hahahaha.

Therefore, in order not to lose this type of data, having your own notebook in which to keep track of your results will make it easier to keep track of your progress.

In addition to the famous wods, we have left some empty boxes for you to write down your favorite wods so that you can repeat them in the future.
