What happens if I don't complete a Sled Push or Sled Pull length?

You will be penalized with 3 minutes for each length not completed. This is an automatic penalty and does not allow prior warnings. Be sure to complete the entire route in your assigned lane.

Can I be disqualified for accumulating warnings?

Yes, in some cases, such as do not stay together in doublesaccumulating three warnings implies direct disqualification. It also happens if you start on the wrong wave or do fewer laps in a 1-turn race.

What does "No rep" mean at a station?

Some actions are allowed without penalty on the first offense, such as:
- Pulling out of the lane in Sled Push or Pull
- Incorrect footing in SkiErg
- Incorrect positioning in doubles changes
But in the second time is already penalized with 15 seconds or more.

Are there different penalties if I compete in doubles?

Yes, in doubles, coordination errors between colleagues are punishable. For example:
- If the athlete at rest is not behind
- If the handle or bag is passed incorrectly
- If the change is made incorrectly in BBJ or Wall Balls
Each error can add up to 15 seconds per violation if not corrected.

Can I appeal a penalty during the race?

No. The judge's decisions are final during the competition. You can comment at the end of the event, but no times are reevaluated and no penalties are cancelled in the race.

What happens if I run fewer laps than I should?

- In 1-lap circuits: Direct disqualification
- In 2 laps: 7 minutes penalty
