What is the CrossFit Open?

CrossFit Open is a worldwide online competition and first qualification phase for the CrossFit Games 2022. The process lasts 3 weeks and athletes have a 4-5 day window to perform WODs. and upload their score to the official platform. The best athletes advance to the next phase, the Quarterfinals.

Winners worldwide receive a monetary prize.

How to sign up?

Registration opens on January 13, 2009 and you can sign up at games.crossfit.com

What is the date of the CrossFit Open 2022?

The CrossFit Open will start on February 24, 2022 and unlike other years, announcements will be made at 21:00 Spanish time.

It will be held on the following dates:

22.1 : February 24 to 28
22.2 : March 3 to 7
22.3 : March 10 to 14

How much does it cost to sign up?

The price of the CrossFit Open is $20 for everyone.

CrossFit Games has announced the material necessary to carry out the Open:

  • Dumbell RX (22.5 / 15 kg) Scaled (15 / 9 kg)
  • Barbell (20 / 15 kg)
  • Bumper Plates
  • Box
  • Pull-up bar
  • Jump rope
  • Wall space

How long can the score be raised?

The score must be uploaded to the games.crossfit.com web site on Monday at 05:00 p.m. PT. In Spain, it corresponds to the 2:00 am Tuesday.

Scores outside these hours will not be accepted.
